I found the birth record for Cindy (Cynthia Marie, and she is listed as KAMER on her birth record). I also found the marriage record for Cindy's parents, and her parents are Robert J. KAMER and Jeannie E. Hancock. Jeannie's maiden name was given as Jeannie E. WINDSOR on Cindy's birth record. So, KAMER is the correct spelling. Jeff's parents are: Phillip Godfrey BROWN, Jr. and Sandra Kay EMBRY BROWN. Embry is her maiden name.
